"How do the Democratic and Republican positions on the "fiscal cliff" differ?

In searching for the best answer to this question, I used the following to help guide me:

1. Democrats AND Republicans ON the fiscal cliff

This option didn't really help me much. It showed me more than 150,000,000 results, and most of the front page was unreliable sources.

2. Democrats view ON fiscal cliff

This helped me a little. It showed me a lot less results than my first option and it gave me great details on the views of the Democrats. It, of course, didn't show me any on the Republicans. So, in the end, it didn't help me much.

3. Republican view ON fiscal cliff

This, help me a little as well. It only showed me the views on the Republican side, so once again it didn't provide much help.

4. Democrats OR Republicans views - fiscal cliff

This option provided a lot of great options. It gave me a variety of great websites. Such as NBC politics, and CNN. By far, the best option.

5. Fiscal cliff ~ Republicans VS Democrats

This option showed me great results as well! This was definitely the best option. Showed me great news, such as Boston, and Chicago Tribute.
